Yes, if the beat is licensed for you to use non-exclusively, anyone can also purchase the Non-exclusive Rights or Exclusive Rights. In the event Exclusive Rights are purchased on a beat you have, you are still able to fulfill your Non-exclusive license terms without interruption. Beats that have been licensed exclusively will be marked as “SOLD” and/or removed from the website. No other licenses will be issued for a beat after a license for Exclusive Rights has been purchased.
